The King Industries Team has a thorough understanding and practical experience with federal and state emergency management and disaster policies and procedures. We understand the financial processes, the coordination required, and have a proven track record of success managing these types of projects. King Industries Corporation will assist their clients in documenting the recovery per all governmental procedures. We will analyze the FEMA activities to identify risks that may prevent receipt of full funding. Our team has been working on FEMA-related disasters in various communities and is quickly becoming the go-to team for all FEMA-related projects. Our team will serve as the point of contact for all FEMA funding coordination and administrative aspects of the project. Our team will provide boots-on-the-ground expertise in the overall project scope and will coordinate and relay the engineering focus to the contractors. Our team’s strongly developed relationships with the Department of Homeland Security and FEMA will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the process of the recovery and construction management. In the event unforeseen conditions are discovered or mitigation is needed, our experience gives our clients the best opportunity to negotiate reimbursements and maximize FEMA’s contribution. Without this experience, navigating the process can be overwhelming and can lead to loss in reimbursement or cause major delays in funding. We will be the client’s primary point of contact and will have a team available on-site to ensure contractors are following the plans and specifications outlined by the design, in an effort to assure our client that all activities will be eligible for reimbursement.
