Crews have been working to complete the coffer dam structure with all necessary bracing and stabilization. The structure is now almost 100% complete, with only minor cleanup remaining. Water flow is now successfully being diverted through the string of 48” HDPE pipe that was installed around the south side of the lake to the spillway. As this water is diverted we are gradually seeing the lake levels begin to subside.

Above is a sneak peak showing the site work progression from all agencies involved including Smithco Construction, Bohannan Huston Inc., and King Industries Corporation.
