Charles Cross is a highly motivated, goal-oriented Senior Project Manager with over 15 years of experience in residential and commercial construction. As Senior Project Manager at King Industries, Charles brings a proven track record in ground-up builds, remodeling, and disaster recovery — all backed by a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceeding expectations on every project.

Charles holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Utah Valley University and maintains a NM GB98 Commercial Contractor’s License. His career spans a wide range of roles, including Assistant Superintendent at Alto Mesa Estate Development, Owner-Operator of Mountain Life Construction and Paint Pros, and founder of Closs Custom Homes. Over five years, he managed more than $10 million in gross business and built four custom homes with $1.5 million in sales.

His commercial portfolio includes standout projects like the Ruidoso Downs Racetrack Turf Club remodel, Grace Harvest Church renovations, and multiple school and hospitality builds across Lincoln County. From detention facilities to food service areas, Charles consistently delivers projects on time and on budget — even under challenging conditions like the COVID-19 pandemic.

At King Industries, Charles leads disaster recovery and infrastructure projects across New Mexico, including the Ruidoso Downs Racetrack NMDOT mitigation effort, the San Patricio Ditch restoration, and acequia cleanouts in Hondo Valley. As a FEMA reimbursement specialist, he ensures compliance, documentation, and cost efficiency for state and local partners.
