Manage multi-hazard mitigation and environmental restoration in coordination with agencies
Align construction practices with EPA, SHPO, and other regulatory guidelines to protect natural and cultural assets

Provide general contracting and construction management for public works, utilities, and facilities
Deliver rehabilitation and development for roads, bridges, drainage, and structural systems
Support commercial and private property initiatives with full lifecycle construction oversight
Conduct disaster damage assessments and feasibility studies for land use and redevelopment
Oversee engineering and construction teams using Lean Six Sigma and value engineering principles
