King Industries is seeking motivated and dependable individuals to support disaster recovery operations as part of our debris monitoring team. Positions include Field Monitors, Debris Management Site (DMS) Monitors, and Task Force Leaders. These roles are essential to ensuring safe, accurate, and well-documented debris removal operations following natural disasters. We pride ourselves on hiring a local job force.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures.

  • Professional communication and ability to work collaboratively with contractors and agency personnel.

  • Dependability, punctuality, and willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

  • Ability to use mobile devices or paper forms to complete load tickets and site logs (training provided).

  • No prior debris management experience required — we provide comprehensive training.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience in disaster response, construction, environmental work, or field inspections.

  • Prior work as a debris monitor, site inspector, or team lead.

  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) are a plus.

NOTE: Locations vary based on project sites throughout the New Mexico region making the employment type project-based/on-call deployment. Hourly pay is competitive and is based on role and experience.
