Patrick Fox, Senior Project Manager

Patrick Fox brings over 27 years of civil engineering and project management experience to King Industries, following a distinguished career with the USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS). Throughout his tenure, Patrick has specialized in surveying, civil design, construction inspection, and oversight of disaster recovery and flood mitigation projects — including more than 15 Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) initiatives across New Mexico.

As Senior Project Manager, Patrick currently leads all disaster recovery operations related to the South Fork Fire. He ensures contractors meet NRCS standards and specifications while coordinating closely with federal, state, and local agencies to protect public infrastructure and individual homes. His responsibilities include budget tracking, compliance management, and daily progress reporting to program sponsors. Patrick’s technical expertise, leadership, and commitment to quality have made him a vital force in New Mexico’s recovery efforts.

Patrick’s career highlights include sediment basin construction, acequia repair, flood barrier installation, and streambank stabilization across post-fire and flood-affected regions. Notable projects include the Hurricane Dolly disaster response in Ruidoso (2008) and his current work in Lincoln County, where he oversees debris removal, trash rack installation, and infrastructure protection in coordination with NMDHSEM, the National Guard, and local sponsors.

Patrick chose this industry because of his passion for helping communities recover from natural disasters. He’s driven by the opportunity to restore the watersheds that citizens depend on and to make a lasting impact on the places he serves. After nearly three decades with NRCS, Patrick joined King Industries in March of 2025, drawn by the team’s deep experience and unwavering dedication to every project.
